Other income, or “pos keuntungan lain-lain”, plunged to US$3.4 million from US$45.3 million, contributing significantly to the profit decline. The sharp drop in other income reduced earnings before tax by 47.4% to US$44.5 million.

Kinerja operasional dan pengembangan

General and administrative expenses rose to US$13.3 million from US$7.8 million, while financial expenses increased to US$40.2 million from US$20.9 million. Sales expenses also climbed to US$1.06 million from US$994 thousand.

Revenue grew 16.4% to US$122 million from US$104.8 million in the quarter. Gross profit rose 6.5% to US$25.6 million, but gross margin narrowed to 21.0% from 22.9% as cost pressures mounted.

Management highlighted stable infrastructure operations, with recurring and contract‑based revenue contributing to stronger visibility. Third‑party customers accounted for about 80% of revenue, and more than 90% came from contracts. The company’s investment in new assets continued, with the IPO proceeds fully realized for vessel investments and 65% of funds allocated to port and storage projects.

Ongoing projects target commercial operation by 2027. In the air segment, the Krenceng II water‑treatment plant with a capacity of 600 L/s was inaugurated in August 2026. The port and storage unit added a 12 000 m³ bitumen facility in Merak in October 2026, expanding storage capabilities.

Logistics expansion added the Boreas and Novah vessels (9 000 DWT each) and the consolidation of PT Elpi Trans Cargo, bringing a tug‑and‑barge fleet and the Elara Dalimbar 1, Indonesia’s first DP Class III offshore support vessel. A US$90 million investment secured a 40% stake in PT Armada Maritim Persada, broadening exposure to mining logistics and port management.

As of the reporting date, CDIA held liquidity of US$747.9 million, supporting further project funding and selective growth. The strong cash position enabled an interim dividend of US$10 million for the first half of 2026.

The company remains focused on sustainable profit growth through new asset contributions, project execution, and a diversified contract‑based revenue base.
